Synopsis

The episode starts with Squidward walking to the hospital. SpongeBob then appears with him riding his floating bike. SpongeBob learns that Squidward is going to the hospital to get a nose job. SpongeBob comes with him while Squidward is being annoyed by him. Squidward tells SpongeBob to work giving out candy. SpongeBob gets the uniform, but eats the stripes off of it, making it look like he's a doctor. A couple real doctors take SpongeBob with them to help patients. SpongeBob ends up helping them all. Then the doctors say they had a surgery to preform, but now they want to see SpongeBob do it. SpongeBob walks in the room, seeing it's Squidward's surgery he has to preform. Template:Section-expand

• Along with "Unreal Estate," this episode was originally set to premiere on May 20, 2017 in the USA, but it was been delayed to June 3, 2017 instead. This may be so that Nickelodeon can air two 11-minute episodes segments every Saturday in June 2017.
• This episode may possibly be set after "Demolition Doofus" because Mrs. Puff is in hospital being treated from having puffing problems.
• This episode may possibly be set after "Mrs. Puff, You're Fired" because SpongeBob cannot drive the puffing machine well with eyes open but can drive well when wearing safety goggles.
