Is one of Squidward's lawers who made SpongeBob stay 15 feet away from Squidward with the rest of Squidward's lawers. His only appearance so far was in Restraining SpongeBob. He wears a blue suit with a red tie, brown shoes and green glasses. He is an orange fish with purple fins. He worked with Harry, and Bald on Squidward's restraining order against SpongeBob. He has a combover hairstyle. He told SpongeBob he won't go to jail if he follows the restraining guidelines.
