When Template:Data:Links goes there to be crowned 'king of karate', he is locked and is forced almost to buy time shares, until Template:Data:Links defeats him through a massive karate fight. They then both leave the island, until Template:Data:Links comes thinking it is 'Clarinet Island.'

History

Condo Island was founded to sell time shares. It is known to scam sea creatures into coming to the island for reasons that are not for obtaining time shares. Two notable creatures that have been scammed are Template:Data:Links and Squidward Tentacles for being crowned the King of Karate and Clarinets, respectively.
