Synopsis
In an advertisement for the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs announces that food deliveries will be free if they come in ten minutes or more. The League of E.V.I.L. watches the commercial in their lair, and Man Ray suggests ordering food, using their powers to make the delivery boy late, and getting the meal for free.
Meanwhile, at the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs gives SpongeBob the delivery and fires him out of a cannon to the dumpster leading to E.V.I.L.'s lair. SpongeBob finds the secret entrance and enters, but falls and sees spikes beneath him. He rescues himself by taking out his hydro-dynamic spatula and using it to fly to safety. Checking his watch, he sees has eight minutes to deliver the food.
SpongeBob makes it to E.V.I.L.'s door, where Helen the Felon answers and refuses to let him in. She remotely controls the doorknob to move it out of his way. When he grabs it, his left hand is too weak to turn it, so he uses his patty-flipping hand and opens the door. SpongeBob makes it to the other side of the door, knocking Helen over and getting her to autograph his comic book before leaving. He has six minutes left.
The next room SpongeBob enters is set up like a boxing ring, with the Jumbo Shrimp ready to wrestle him. However, the Jumbo Shrimp is actually very small in person, and he signs SpongeBob's comic. SpongeBob leaves the ring and sees that he has four minutes left.
Next, SpongeBob makes it into a kitchen set, with the Dirty Bubble coming out of the faucet. He holds out his pen and asks for an autograph, ending up popping the Dirty Bubble, but getting an autograph of grime on his comic.
Looking for Man Ray's room, he enters a volcanic room decorated with a large submarine. The next villain is Submarinara, a villainous submarine and meatball sub. SpongeBob uses his spatula to reflect its projectiles, and it traps him between bread. Before molten sauce can be poured on him, SpongeBob eats the bread and takes out aluminum foil. He wraps up Submarinara, gets his autograph, and puts him in the fridge.
Man Ray is tormenting an elephant seal superhero, the Tremendous Trunk, with the smell of Limburger cheese when SpongeBob enters, having ten seconds to spare. Man Ray refuses to let him hand over the order, leaving the order one second late. E.V.I.L. mocks SpongeBob, who lets the Tremendous Trunk free on his way out. After getting his autograph, the Tremendous Trunk offers to help SpongeBob and sneezes SpongeBob back in time, one minute and seven seconds earlier.
SpongeBob makes the delivery using his spatula, putting the bag straight into Man Ray's hand. Man Ray shows that he is broke, so SpongeBob pays for him, then takes the money back. He gets Man Ray's autograph and exits, thanking E.V.I.L. The Tremendous Trunk then sneezes, sending all of E.V.I.L.'s food back in time, while eating his own.

Episode references
- The Krusty Krab commercial at the beginning of the episode is similar to SpongeBob's puppet show in season 3's "Can You Spare a Dime?," as both involve the characters speaking through a hollow television against a crude background drawn in crayon.
- Jumbo Shrimp's cardboard cutout design from "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II" is used for his regular design.
- SpongeBob uses his hydro-dynamic spatula from season 1's "Help Wanted" to safely descend into E.V.I.L.'s lair.
- The Dirty Bubble's Clean Bubble design from "Dirty Bubble Returns" appears on the Charlie Bubble display shelf.
- When SpongeBob pops the Dirty Bubble while asking for an autograph, the latter says "not again" before bursting. This is a reference to "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II," when SpongeBob popped the Dirty Bubble in the exact same way.
- SpongeBob smiling at the audience while mopping the floor of the soundstage is a reference to season 1's "Culture Shock," when the audience cheers for him onstage.
- When Man Ray tells SpongeBob that E.V.I.L. is broke, he shows him one of Template:Data:Links's wallets from "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III."
- A Krusty Kid’s Meal from “Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob“ and Patty Pal from “Yours, Mine and Mine“ appear as part of E.V.I.L.‘s order at the end.
