This article is a transcript of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Dirty Bubble Returns" from season 12, which aired on November 23, 2019.

[The episode begins in the Bikini Bottom News facing at Johnny Elaine. And the theme starts.]
Johnny Elaine: This is the Bikini Bottom News special report. Perch!
[The episode zooms into Perch Perkins.]
Perch Perkins: Perch Perkins here, at the Bikini Bottom power plant, where the evil supervillain known as the Dirty Bubble has finally been cornered by police. [Looks at Dirty Bubble]
[The episode zooms into the Dirty Bubble]
Al Priss: [Struggles]
Dirty Bubble: [Looks at police] Stand back coppers and cease your attack, or I'll make your police taste my late night snack! [Laughs and then grabs Al Priss]
Al Priss: Do what he says! [Screams]
Perch Perkins: [Appears out of nowhere] Will the grime of this evil soap blow wash over our fair city? [Steps back] Or will the law force him to clean up his act?
Dirty Bubble: [Gets angry and drops Al Priss] Or, [Grabs Perch Perkins] will he choose door number three, and devour a newsman right on TV? [Laughs]
Perch Perkins: [Struggles]
Three cops: [Grab the Dirty Bubble with bubble wands]
Dirty Bubble: [Struggles]
Officer Slugfish: Drop him, airhead!
Dirty Bubble: [Drops Perch Perkins]
Perch Perkins: [Screams] Yikes!
Three cops: [Attempt to put the Dirty Bubble in a bottle]
Dirty Bubble: [Struggles] Remember this face, and remember it well! So you'll recognise me when I see you in-
Al Priss: [Places a cork on the Dirty Bubble to trap him in the bottle] Jail!
[The scene changes to a jail cell, where the Dirty Bubble is put]
Dirty Bubble: Grr!!!
[A time card is shown, reading "6 months later..."]
Johnny Elaine: 6 months later...
[A police officer rolls the Dirty Bubble, still in his bottle, outside of the prison, with the warden]
Police Officer: [Takes out the cork and places a bubble wand in the bottle. He blows the Dirty Bubble, now reformed as the Clean Bubble, with the wand]
Clean Bubble: Thank you warden, I feel like a new bubble! [Laughs]
Warden: Remember bubble, keep it clean, or you'll get mean. [Gives a handshake to the Clean Bubble]
Clean Bubble: [Handshakes the warden] Thank you, warden. [Puts on a hat] I promise I won't let you down! [Laughs]
Warden: Here's the address of your new job. [Places the address inside the Clean Bubble and moves him with a fan]
Clean Bubble: I'll make you proud, warden!

Stay clean or you'll get mean. A new life, no more dirt! And no more wrong turns! [Bumps into the Krusty Krab's sign] The Krusty Krab! This must be the place! [Speeds inside the Krusty Krab] [Gives a handshake to Mr. Krabs] Oh, I can't thank you enough for this job, Mr. Krabs! What would you like me to do? Greet people at the door? Serve the food? [Laughs]

Mr. Krabs: Oh, no, I've got a special job, that needs someone with your special talents! You're our dirty dish detail!
Clean Bubble: [Looks at the dirty dishes] D-D-D-D-Dirty dishes! Wait, could I just work the cash register or something?
Mr. Krabs: Listen! I hired a dish washing bubble to save money on soap. And I want these plates sparkling by lunchtime, savvy?
Clean Bubble: Just, call me Sparkles! [Does a fake smile] Ohhh! [Looks at dirty dishes and gulps]
[A bit of dirt drops from a plate, which the Clean Bubble avoids]
Clean Bubble: Stay clean or you'll get mean. Stay clean or you'll get mean! [Looks around] Huh?
[The storage room door opens, and shows some patties in the shape of a person, however it is later revealed that it's just SpongeBob carrying some patties]
SpongeBob: [Walks to the grill, patties in hand, then puts the patties on the grill, then shivers] Brr! Is there a blizzard coming in? Cos I've got a cold front! [Laughs]
Clean Bubble: [Laughs]
SpongeBob: Oh, hi! I didn't see you there. You must be the new dishwasher. Welcome aboard! I'm SpongeBob.
Clean Bubble: Hi, SpongeBob, I'm, uhh... D.B.! Yeh, D.B.
SpongeBob: Oh, we're gonna have so much fun, D.B.! We'll be galley pallys!
Squidward: [Rings the bell]
SpongeBob: Whoops! Back to work!
Clean Bubble: [Moves back to the dishes] Keep it clean or you'll get mean, [Nervously cleans a dish] keep it clean or you'll get mean! [Voice gets a bit deeper due to getting a bit dirty] Hey, I did it! I got dirty and I didn't turn evil! I must be cured! [Continues cleaning the dishes] Taking up filth from beneath every crack,
[The Clean Bubble transforms into the Dirty Bubble]
Dirty Bubble: I'm the Dirty Bubble, and baby I'm back!
