He is a thin light teal fish with wide cheeks. He has a spiky light pink dorsal fin, darker teal lips, and visible nostrils. He wears a white doctor's uniform and a head mirror.

Role in episode

He was one of the many doctors watching SpongeBob do Squidward's nose job at the operation theater. He along with all the other doctors watching were constantly amazed by the performances during the surgery.
