Description
He is a lavender fish with dark purple lips and eyelids, and a blue back fin. He wears a gray and black coat and pants and a white undershirt with a red tie. He wears black shoes.
Role in episode
He denies Mr. Krabs entrance because he fails to present any money, but grants another customer entrance because he brought a coin, which rewards the customer with a 1000$, which makes Krabs go on a jealous outburst.
