Description
Bubble kid's body is thicker and shorter than most of the other bubble people, and he also wears a cap.
Role in episode
He eagerly awaits the bubble mayor to cut the ribbon and open an elementary school, only to be accidentally killed by SpongeBob while slipping on bubble liquid. He appears again in the end, when Mr. Krabs pops the Bubbly Krab.
