- This episode was originally going to be titled "Food PBBFT! Truck." The only difference is that the finalized title replaces the second "B" with an "F."
- The title card background for this episode is similar to that of "Senior Discount," except this one has a darker background.
- This episode marks Rock Bottom's third appearance in the series. The first was in "Rock Bottom" and the second was in "Out of the Picture."
- However, this episode marks the second major appearance since "Rock Bottom."
- This is the second episode in which SpongeBob sells Krabby Patties in a vehicle. The first was "20,000 Patties Under the Sea."
- The difference is that this time, Squidward is with him.
