Frank (store owner)

Frank is a tan fish who is the owner of the Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is top customer. Frank wears and eyepatch and is green in color. He is only seen once, in "Pranks a Lot," where he sold SpongeBob invisible spray.

Frank is a green color. He wears a blue shirt and has brown pants. He has short grey hair and has an eyepatch on his left eye.

Trivia

He is not to be confused with a cameo character also named Frank whose name is revealed in the episode: Dying for Pie.
