Frank (Born May 5, 1947) is a fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is the best customer. Frank wears an eyepatch and is green in color. He has a major appearence in Pranks a Lot, and a minor appearence in You Don't Know Sponge as a checkout clerk at a magic shop. According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others.
