Character
Frank[1] is a fish who works for the Bikini Bottom Police Department. He debuts in "Krabby Road."
Description
He works at the prison and owns a guard worm. He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin and wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.
Role in series
"Krabby Road"
He shows a new police officer the jail, but when he shows him Plankton's cell, the latter goes in his mustache and gets out of the prison.
"Toy Store of Doom"
He closes the Toy Barrel store for the night with Steve, narrowly avoiding to catch SpongeBob and Patrick trespassing.
"Krusty Kleaners"
He appears as the security guard of the Tank company.
"Swamp Mates"
He appears as the bank security guard.
