Bert (Porous Pockets)
He is a purple Cameo-character that appears in Porous Pockets. He is friends with Harold and he usually lends money from him. He calls Harold, "Bill" for unknown reasons. He is seen hanging out in Spongebob's new mansion. He is purple, with Sunglasses and some hair under his mouth, he also wears a Yellow shirt. He has not yet appeared again.
