She is a light orange fish with freckles who wears black glasses and has orange hair with a cyan bow. She wears a light green dress and has buck teeth with braces.
Role in episode
She appears in the flashback that Mrs. Puff shares at the We Hate SpongeBob club. IN the flashback, Mrs. Puff gives Bertie her license, until SpongeBob creeps in and messes with the license.
