Billy
A Kid who appears as the second main antagonist in Friend or Foe. He constantly makes fun of Krabs about his clothes, and calls him "Rag Boy". He is one of the most popular boys at Poseidon Elementary School. He appears in The Clash of Triton as a Baseball Player.
