Bomb-Bot is a robot who appears as an enemy in the video game Battle for Bikini Bottom. It first appears in the Mermalair.

Description

A Bomb-bot has the appearance of a bomb and behaves like the Arf Dawg. It has a single green eye.

Role in game

Bomb-Bots are very rare enemies in the game. They appear frequently in Sandy's treedome, but are seldom seen elsewhere. Their behavior is self-explanatory. Once it spots the player, the Bomb-Bot will set its timer and chase the player until it explodes, although the player can defeat this robot before that happens. The Bomb-Bot will still explode, but the player will get shiny objects.

Trivia

• Their attack pattern is similar to that of a Bob-omb in the Super Mario series' 3D games.
• They are the only suicide unit in Battle for Bikini Bottom.
