Description

He is a tall and muscular brown fish with salmon lips. He wears a black eyepatch over his right eye and fingerless gloves, along with tight-fitting green shorts with wavy patterns. His looks and color scheme are similar to Incidental 24 and the big fish, except he lacks a dorsal fin.
