Carl (Patrick's family)
Carl is the grandson of Amoeba and Mildew. He just appeared in the episode Rule of Dumb on a map. He was a part of Gary's and Patrick's family. He is not to be confused with Carl.
Trivia
He looks similar to the Royal Crown Polisher. It is unlikely, but it is possible this could be him.
