Cindy
Cindy[1] is a background character who first appears in "Squeaky Boots."
Description
She is a light blue fish with cyan fins and light purple lips. She wears a dark purple skirt and flipper slippers. In her older appearances, her fins were light blue.
Role in series
Cindy has made a very few appearances in the series so far. She has been retired from the series for many years ever since her debut in "Squeaky Boots." She then made a comeback in the season 11 episode "Whale Watching." After that appearance she has been retired from the series for a short time once again but she then made a second comeback in the season 12 special "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout." She has yet to have her own speaking role and was firstly designed to be a friend of Template:Data:Links.
Roles
"Squeaky Boots"
She appears at Pearl's birthday party alongside three other friends. Like the others, she wears flipper slippers, which makes Pearl wish for some too. She and the others laugh at Pearl when Template:Data:Links gives her cheap, black rubber boots instead.
"Whale Watching"
She appears as a teenager partying with the other teenagers until Template:Data:Links comes to crash the party.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
She appears alongside Incidental 11 at SpongeBob's surprise party. Both of them are wearing their flipper slippers again and are enjoying Template:Data:Links.
"Upturn Girls"
She appears as one of the "lovely" customers at the Krusty Krab sloppily eating her food with Incidental 11.
"Say Awww!"
She is part of the large pyramid that the Bikini Bottomites form to escape Q.T.-π.
