He is a basic black sea urchin with a purple outline who wears a head mirror.

He is one of the many doctors watching Template:Data:Links give Template:Data:Links a nose job at the operation theater and is constantly amazed by the many performances during the surgery along with all the other doctors watching.
Trivia
- He and Doctor 7 are the only "Doctor" incidentals that are not fish.
- Doctor 15 is more anthropomorphic than other urchins in the franchise, which are portrayed as animalistic, pet-like creatures.
