She is a light teal fish with long blonde hair and a mole and spent time in the Bikini Bottom Jail. Donna looks like a woman, but sounds like a man. She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama" and she likes chili.
Biography
Donna was at Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and became friends with her. She is similar to Sam from iCarly, another Nickelodeon show.
