She is Karen's mom and only appears when Karen short circuits.

E.M.I.L.P, (Emergency Mother-In-Law Progam) was programmed to be a mother-in-law program, and it made an appearance in Anniversary. She doesn't like the idea of Plankton being the husband of Karen, saying she could of been with an AT. She hasn't appeared again, she and her husband were only mentioned in The Algae's Always Greener. She's voiced by Jill Talley.
