(The episode starts with SpongeBob waking up taking the two pieces of paper that are taped to his eyes and putting them together to reveal "Bikini Bottom Pet Show Today!)

SpongeBob: Bikini Bottom Pet Show Today! Good thing I put those notes there. (Hugs pieces of paper) Otherwise, I could have for gotten. (Looks up) And I wouldn't want to do that. (Stands up in bed) Because the Bikini Bottom Pet Show is where you gotta go to see the best pets in town. Not that any other pet stands a chance against by buddy, Gary. (Puts head in mouth) He's the bestest pet in the whole world. (Pushes down springy eyes) Love you, Gar Bear. (Watch beeps) Uh, Oh! Show starts in an hour. (Looks at the floor of his bed) Hey, Gar, time to... (Gary's not there) Gary? (Falls to the floor) Gary! (Looks in chest) Gary? (Looks down the stairs) Gary? (Walks by T.V.)

News Reporter: Looks like another beautiful day here in Bikini Bottom. (SpongeBob walks by reporter) Huh?

SpongeBob: Gary?

(SpongeBob pops out of the water in a bath tub)

SpongeBob: Gary?!

(Squidward looks at SpongeBob angerly)

SpongeBob: Oh! Hiya, Squidward.

(Squidward kicks SpongeBob out of his house)

SpongeBob: Whoa!

(SpongeBob gets up and walks back towards his house)

SpongeBob: Gary!

(When he's inside his house)

SpongeBob: Gary?!

(SpongeBob walks into his study)

SpongeBob: Gary! (Walks passed bookself and finds Gary)

SpongeBob: Gary, there you are. (Takes Gary from bookshelf)

SpongeBob: What are you doing here, when today is the day we get to show everyone else you're the best pet in the whole world? (Hugs Gary) Now for a quick checklist. Let's see, eyestock reflects? (Pokes Gary's eyes) Check! (Refers back to list) Slime viscosity. (Takes a strand of Gary's slime and runs with it down the stairs, out and around his house, through Squidward's house, and around Squidward's head while Squidward drinks tea) Hi, Squidward. (Runs a long way away) Ready!

(Spongebob lets go) (Slime flies backwards) (SpongeBob runs back into his house and back up the stairs where Squaidward is stuck to the wall)

SpongeBob: Hi again, Squidward!

Squidward: Yeah, hello.

(SpongeBob runs back into the study)

SpongeBob: Check!

(SpongeBob looks at the list one more time)

SpongeBob: And last, but not least, a quick under carriage check.

(SpongeBob puts his hand in Gary's shell) (Gary gets angry and bites SpongeBob's head)

SpongeBob: Woa! Okay, maybe we'd better skip that one.

(SpongeBob pulls Gary off his head and looks at the list again)

SpongeBob: Lets see. Yep! That about does it.

(SpongeBob is standing in the study holding only Gary's shell) (Scene cuts to Gary, in slug-form, slithering away)

(From off screen) SpongeBob: Good thinking, Buddy.

SpongeBob: I'll carry your shell. (Pops out of Gary's shell)

(Gary not amused)

(Scene cuts to the Bikini Bottom Pet Show)
