Charles is a wealthy man and Foofie is his pampered snail. He and Foofie have won the Bikini Bottom Pet contest five times in a row until SpongeBob won the Competition in Grooming Gary. Foofie has a mustache, as well as Charles does. Charles has a top hat, a tuxedo, and a parasol. Foofie has a shiny golden shell and a diamond collar. Charles tells SpongeBob the only way to prove your pet's beauty is to win the pet contest.
