He is a tall dark green fish with a cream underbelly who wears a brown suit with a blue tie.

"SpongeBob's Place"
He appears as one of the Krusty Krab patrons eating at a table. When Template:Data:Links sarcastically says to Template:Data:Links that he should rename the Krusty Krab to "SpongeBob's Place" he comments that it's a great idea and gets up on the table and starts chanting "SpongeBob's Place!" which then the other patrons start joining in.
