Frank's peer is a fish who appears in the episode "You Don't Know Sponge."
Description
He is a light yellow fish with darker fins and wears a navy-blue suit, a white undershirt, a purple tie, and a brown hat. He is also seen holding a brown briefcase.
Role in episode
He appears alongside another businessman, to which he asks what is wrong after stopping abruptly from hearing the noises from Patrick. After Frank tells him the whale sounds like Martha, Frank's peer tells him that Martha is no good for him.
