A banana is a fruit. It first appears in the episode "Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost." It also appears in the episode "Funny Pants."

Description

The bananas in Bikini Bottom look just like any real-world cartoon banana.

Just like real-life bananas, bananas in Bikini Bottom are eaten without their peel (as seen in "Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost"). Sometimes their peel is used for making people slip (as seen in "Funny Pants").
