• This episode marks the return of the Science Scouts, Sandy's scout troop that previously debuted in season 11's "Goons on the Moon."
• This will be the first episode of the main series to premiere on a Friday in the United States since season 13's "Delivery to Monster Island" on April 7, 2023, over a year and eight months ago.
  • This episode also premieres in the United States on Friday the 13th.
• Squidina's main series appearance has been redesigned in this episode to be in line with The Patrick Star Show.
• The title card background is similar to those of "Dying for Pie" "Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy" "Company Picnic" and "Big League Bob," except it's green compared to the latter episode.
