Description
He is a muscular olive green fish who wears a purple suit with a red tie. He has brown hair, a goatee, and wears a Goofy Goober's hat. He wears sunglasses, which have an identical pair beneath them.
Role in episode
The bouncer appears to enforce the rule that babies are not allowed to eat ice cream at Goofy Goober's. SpongeBob tries to explain himself, but the bouncer bans him from the restaurant for life, making him cry like a baby. The bouncer returns SpongeBob and Patrick to the Star house, unaware that SpongeBob does not live there.
