British gentleman

An unknown British Gentleman only appears in "Extreme Spots."

Appearance

He wears a purple sweater, blue tie, gray pants, fancy black shoes, an eyeglass, a fancy gray hat, and always carries a tea cup, supposedly filled with tea, and a saucer. He has very crooked teeth, so he pronounces his words incorrectly and speaks with a lisp. When he tries to say "extreme sports" it turns out "extweme spots.
