Bubble Bass

Bubble Bass is an overweight, picky, green fish who hid pickles under his tongue in the episode Pickles, but kept saying that there were no pickles in his Krabby Patty. Because of this SpongeBob forgets how to make Krabby Patties. Although he played his largest role in "Pickles" he also makes small cameos in F.U.N. and Fools in April.
