The Bubble Poppin' Boys is a group of gangsters who dislikes bubble blowing in the city of New Kelp City. They have create chaos and teror in New Kelp City and, by the mayor, they exist over 20 years. They have only been stopped by SpongeBob. There are only 5 members.
