• The episode was going to be on Triton's Revenge (DVD), but never was.
• Second time SpongeBob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs & Squidward get trapped somewhere, the first was Truth or Square. But this is the first time Sandy gets trapped with them.
• First time that SpongeBob says "Toonzai!" which is from The CW's Toonzai! block.
