Description
He is a lime-green tall fish with an orange fin and legs. He wears a blue suit with a white shirt underneath and a red tie. He appears to have some wrinkles on his face. His hands and feet have orange stripes on them and he has green lips, which are of a darker shade than his body.

"Lame and Fortune"
When Template:Data:Links opens a fortune cookie and it says that he will be rewarded for his particular talent, the green executive comes and gives him a cash prize for being the most miserable cashier in Bikini Bottom contest.
