Description
He is a lime-green tall fish with an orange fin and legs. He wears a blue suit with a white shirt underneath and a red tie. He appears to have some wrinkles on his face. His hands and feet have orange stripes on them and he has green lips, which are of a darker shade than his body.

BusinessFish 13 has appeared in only three episodes so far. Like all "BusinessFish" incidentals, he is normally portrayed to be a business fish that can usually be seen among other business fish.
