He is a dark-purple colored fish who wears black, round glasses and has brown pants and a tan shirt on. He also wears a red tie and black shoes. He lastly carries a clipboard and pen with him.
History
He makes his appearance after taking back the box Squidward was sitting on when he is asking for spare change. He leaves shortly after with the box in hand.
