Description

He is a dark-purple colored fish who wears black, round glasses and has brown pants and a tan shirt on. He also wears a red tie and black shoes. He lastly carries a clipboard and pen with him.

History

He makes his appearance after taking back the box Template:Data:Links was sitting on when he is asking for spare change. He leaves shortly after with the box in hand.
