Button
Template:OTab Template:Object The button is an object that appears in the episode "Restraining SpongeBob."
Description
It is a circular, brown button that contains four holes inside it.
Role in episode
Template:Data:Links finds a button at the cash register after he bites onto Template:Data:Links's nose which sends him flying into a seaberry pie, which he is allergic to. When Squidward's allergies start kicking in, Patrick believes that he turned into a monster, so he talks to the button about what he should do. Thinking that Squidward is going after Template:Data:Links, the button encourages Patrick to fight Squidward.
Patrick then finds out the monster is actually Squidward and asks the button if it knew, implying it did because Patrick replies with "Well, when were you gonna tell me?"
Squidward then removes SpongeBob from the restraining order and adds Patrick instead. However, originally Patrick thought the button was added to the order until he finds out it was actually him, to which he responds with laughter.

- In some scenes, the button is shown in 3D, while in other scenes it's shown in 2D.
