Captain Lutefisk
Captain Lutefisk is the owner of the Demolition Derby. He was revealed to be a student from Mrs. Puff's class from a long time ago. He first appears in the episode "Demolition Doofus" and then in the book Demolition Derby.
Description
Captain Lutefisk is a large, light olive green fish with scarlet red stripes on his arms. He has large, fuzzy black hair, almost like an afro, and a frizzy goatee. He also wears a light brown jacket and brown pants with no shirt. His black shoes are similar to Template:Data:Links's.
Role in episode
Captain Lutefisk is first seen walking out of his office along with Mrs. Puff and SpongeBob, agreeing to sign SpongeBob up for the Derby. Lutefisk then announces all of the competitors, including giving SpongeBob the nickname "The Squish."
Lutefisk is then seen calling the action.

- His name is a reference to a Norwegian dish made from fish called "Lutefisk."
