In the show, Carlos voices mainly minor characters, most notably Scooter and Atomic Flounder. In the first movie, he voiced the Squire, the Boat jacker, and Goofy Goober clock. In the second movie, he voiced one of the seagulls, and he and Nolan North voiced the dead parrots. He also voiced Bunny Wunny in "Bunny Hunt." He will voice Nobby Narwhal in Kamp Koral, SpongeBob's Under Years, making this is his first role as a major character.

He is best known for his roles as Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life, Ricochet from Mucha Lucha, Mr. Crocker from The Fairly OddParents, Winslow and Lube from CatDog, Mr. Weed from Family Guy, Bobbi Fabulous from Phineas and Ferb, Walden from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy, Lazlo from Camp Lazlo, and Carlos Casagrande from The Loud House and its spin-off The Casagrandes.
