He is an olive fish with yellow hair on his backside. He wears a blue uniform with many golden buttons, a white undershirt, and a purple tie.
Role in episode
When Mr. Krabs realizes how expensive a burger place is at a hotel, he takes a burger he ate out of his mouth and gives it back to the cashier, who is notably disgusted.
