Cautious Memories is the title of Mrs. Puff's Boating School yearbook. It only appears in the episode "Picture Day."
Appearance
The book's cover is baby blue and the title is written in magenta. Underneath the title is a blue swirl and a picture of a yellow lighthouse.
History
SpongeBob looked through it to find his school photo in it. He finally found it in the middle of a bunch of real people smiling.

- The yearbook is actually Stephen Hillenburg's high school yearbook, while inside the yearbook, SpongeBob is covering up his picture.
