Charles makes an appearance in Welcome To The Bikini Bottom Triangle. Charles is the one who warns Spongebob about the bikini bottom triangle and he describes the mermaids singing wich is what he is doing in the image above. When Spongebob, Patrick, Squidward and Mr Krabs are trapped in the bikini bottom triangle he is the one who makes all of the krabby patties for the customors.
