Charles Oscar William Piedmont Augustus Winthorp (or COWPAW) is a character featured in the Movie PC Game in Chapter 5.
Appearance
He looks very similar to the Biologist, except Charles is Green-ish gray.
Biography
He is an explorer who tells SpongeBob about the "Crustacean Cavern," which has the "Corridors of Confusion," the "Pool of Perception" and the "Doors of Deception" in it, which he made up those names. He has a very high IQ level, as evidenced by his sophisticated way of speaking.
