Charlie[4][5] is a tuna[6] fish who usually appears in the Krusty Krab as a customer. He first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants."
Description
He is a light blue and turquoise fish who wears red-orange shorts. He has blue lips, blue arms and legs, and a blue fin. His female version consists of wearing a red bra and a red skirt.
Personality
He seems to be fond of eating Krabby Patties since he is a regular customer at the Krusty Krab. He also appears to be fond of magic because in the episode "Hocus Pocus," he stars in a commercial for Mr. Magic's Magical Kit and seems to enjoy the product. He even appears as a magician in "My Leg!". He also appears to get easily offended when others insult his eating habits as shown in "To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants" where he got offended and angry about SpongeBob commenting about him having too many triple Krabby Patties with cheese.
Role in series
"Ripped Pants"
He is seen watching the weightlifting competition, when SpongeBob rips his pants laughs. Later, when fakes his become annoyed and leaves SpongeBob along with everyone (including Sandy).
"Texas"
When hearts Sandy's song his cries and blows his nose with a Krabby Patty along Incidental 42. He later appears at Sandy's party.
"Walking Small"
He randomly sits right on SpongeBob's face for no reason. Plankton tells him to be assertive and command him to get off but SpongeBob just asks him nicely. He later gets off and just walks away.
"Wormy"
He is seen when Patrick tells him and the other Bikini Bottomites that there is a flying monster in the Bikini Bottom and it is going to eat them. After hearing this, he becomes scared and runs away.
"Patty Hype"
He is seen cheering when Mr. Krabs take over management of Pretty Patty. However, the following day he returns for a refund as the Pretty Patties had numerous side affects.
"Grandma's Kisses"
He starts making fun of SpongeBob with a long insult acknowledging his infantile habits before the other customers cut him off for going on.
"Prehibernation Week"
He tries to pass a banana off as SpongeBob to Sandy, but she does not buy it.
"No Free Rides"
He is seen in Mrs. Puff's day dream celebrating someone's birthday before being ran over by SpongeBob.
"Squirrel Jokes"
He is seen at the nightly event called Komedy Krab.
"Jellyfish Hunter"
He is seen as a customer at the Krusty Krab.
"Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm"
He is seen at the Krusty Krab.
"SpongeBob vs. The Patty Gadget"
He is seen at the Krusty Krab watching SpongeBob battle the Patty Gadget.
"The Inmates of Summer"
He is shown to be a prisoner at Inferno Island.
"Krusty Krushers"
He is seen in the crowd at the Recreation Center.
"To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants"
He tries to order a Krabby Combo but Squidward does not let him. He then tries to order a Double Krabby Patty but SpongeBob does not let him either. He finally tries to order a Triple Krabby Patty with cheese and SpongeBob tells him that he thinks he had too many of those, causing him to get angrily offended and leave.
"The Fish Bowl"
He talks with Fred and Amanda's mother on the bus and gets angry with Sandy when he finds out that she was eavesdropping on their conversation.
