Pearl's blue friend is a background character who first appears in "Squeaky Boots."
Description
She is a light blue fish with light purple lips. She wears a dark purple skirt and flipper slippers.

"Squeaky Boots"
She appears at Pearl's birthday party alongside three other friends. Like the others, she wears flipper slippers, which makes Pearl wish for some too. She and the others laugh at Pearl when Mr. Krabs gives her cheap, black rubber boots instead.
"Whale Watching"
She is partying with the other teenagers until Squidward comes to crash the party.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
She appears alongside Incidental 11 at SpongeBob's surprise party. Both of them are wearing their flipper slippers again and are enjoying Krabby Patties.
