The lagoon is a typical lagoon that is populated with clams and a giant clam.

History

Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob and Squidward come here after Mr. Krabs obtained his one millionth dollar. They do clam fishing there, until Mr. Krabs millionth dollar gets eaten by the giant clam. Mr. Krabs is forced to give up half his body to a giant blue lipped clam in the lagoon in a battle to win back his millionth dollar, which the clam had swallowed after SpongeBob hooked it from Mr. Krabs' butt while casting off his fishing rod.
