Clancy Brown

Template:Person Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice artist, best known as the voice of Template:Data:Links, Ivy, Scooter, and sometimes Harold on the SpongeBob SquarePants series.

When forming Mr. Krabs' laugh, the show's creator, Stephen Hillenburg, was telling Brown to chuckle faster and faster, until he formed the laugh of Mr. Krabs which we know (and somewhat love) today.
He also provides the voice of Chris Bradford/Dogpound/Rahzar in Nickelodeon's television show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
He also voices Red Hulk in Hulk Agents of Smash.
