Cletus

Cletus Junior is the main antagonist of the episode "Trenchbillies". He is a trenchbilly with purple skin with long brown hair, and a southern drawl. He has suspicions about SpongeBob, Patrick, and Mr. Krabs. He really likes Krabby Patties. He also loves to fight crime, with his clownfish nephew, Jordan Klein. He is one of the best hillbilies of the clan.

Trivia

• Another hillbilly named "Cletus" can be seen as a character on The Simpsons.
• Since it's too dark to see anything deep in the sea, animals who live there are blind, some having their eyes covered with a layer of skin. Cletus and his skin display this trait.
• In the episode "SpongeBob's Last Stand", it is revealed that Patrick's great uncle's name is also Cletus, which could mean they are related, but probably not.
