Incidental 1C, also know as Dude #1 and the sound guy, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Pickles." He is an alternate model of Incidental 1 (Fred) and he is classified as a hotdog-type incidental.

Incidental 1 (Fred): the incidental character who Incidental 1C is an alternate model of.

He is a faded blue colored grouper with dark blue fins and lips. He wears brown pants with a black belt that has a golden buckle. In his older appearances, his fins were colored darker faded blue and his lips were the same color as his skin.

He is a 3D video game model of Incidental 1C. He lacks his belt and his 3 lines on his chin.

He is a pixelated video game model of Incidental 1C that is colored teal with a yellow dorsal fin. He wears a white shirt with light brown pants that have a black belt. He also wears headphones and carries a microphone.

Incidentals 1A-1D's models shown to be absent from the original main model sheet (Note: there is no label that claims they are "non-existent" due to the fact that they are alternate models of Incidental 1).

Incidental 1C has made a decent amount of appearances throughout the series. He is the most commonly used alternate variant of Incidental 1. He has appeared to be slightly absent from the franchise ever since season 11 but he does however make occasional appearances afterwards. He was firstly designed to be a Krusty Krab customer.
