He appears in the episode As Seen on TV. Squidward hired him for the Comercial, because he said that This Job is Very Stressfull, he uses the Clown to De-Stress him. When Mr. Krabs was firing everyone Squidward hired, he told the Clown to stay. he is dressed in Clown clothes, with a white face, and also red hair. He has not appeared since then.
